How to Stop Being an Excessive Planner

Are you an excessive planner? A bonafide perfectionist? Maybe even a little bit of a control-freak? Hey.. me too, girl!

I’ve always been religious with carrying a planner, writing down anything and everything that’s going on in my life. You could always count on me to plan any party, trip, or hangout session down to the minute (I apologize to all of my friends and family that I’ve probably stressed to the max due to my obsession).

I’d always get comments like “Why can’t we just go with the flow?” or “Why does it matter if we’re a little late?”

But thinking about just one thing going wrong because I didn’t plan everything down to the smallest detail gave me nightmares. I’ve always thought that the perfect plan was the solution to any problem!
